Polylog — Privacy Policy

Polylog ("we", "the service") is a personal messaging translation bridge. It connects a user's messaging accounts (such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Zalo) to their own private Telegram workspace and automatically translates incoming and outgoing messages.

Information we process

• Message content (text, and metadata such as sender name and timestamp) that passes through the conversations you connect — used solely to translate and forward it.
• Access tokens you provide to connect your accounts, stored securely to maintain the connection.

How we use it

Message text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for translation and to Groq's Whisper API for voice transcription, then delivered to your Telegram workspace. We do not use your messages for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your data.

Third parties

Anthropic (translation), Groq (transcription), Telegram (delivery), and the messaging platforms you connect (Meta / Facebook / Instagram and others). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Messages are processed in real time. We store only minimal operational data (conversation-to-thread mappings and a short window of recent messages used to improve translation quality) and delete it on request.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion page or email us. We remove your stored access tokens and data within 30 days.
